Accessibility statement

Our audience skews 55+, so accessibility isn’t an afterthought here. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the directory. Last updated: June 3, 2026.

Our commitment

Walk-In Tub Experts Florida is committed to digital accessibility for people with disabilities, and we continually work to improve the experience for everyone.

Accessibility features

Keyboard navigation

Every interactive element — search, filters, suggestions, pagination — works with Tab, Enter, and arrow keys.

Screen reader support

Proper heading structure, alt text, and ARIA roles for JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver.

Color & contrast

High contrast ratios (4.5:1 minimum) and information never conveyed by color alone.

Responsive & zoomable

Works across devices and supports zoom to 200% without horizontal scrolling.

Clear focus indicators

Visible focus outlines on every control for keyboard and assistive-device users.

Reduced motion

Entrance animations are disabled automatically when you prefer reduced motion.

Assistive technology

The directory is built to work with screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack), alternative keyboards and switch controls, voice-recognition software, and screen magnification — and is tested on current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on both desktop and mobile.

Known limitations

  • Some third-party embedded content may have limited accessibility features.
  • Company websites we link to are outside our control and may not meet the same standards.
  • Some complex interactive elements are still being refined for screen-reader support.
